<p><h4>Position summary</h4>
<p>Inspect guest rooms, public areas, pool, etc. after being cleaned by housekeeper to ensure quality standards. Run sold room reports, verify room status, determine discrepant rooms, prioritize room cleaning, and update status of departing guest rooms. Assist housekeeping management in managing daily activities. Act as a liaison to coordinate the efforts of housekeeping, engineering, front office, and laundry. Document and resolve issues with discrepant rooms with the front desk. Prepare, distribute, and communicate changes in room assignments. Communicate issues to next shift. <p>The Electrician at Four Seasons is responsible for the safe operation, maintenance, inspection, and repair of all electrical systems within the hotel. This role supports uninterrupted luxury guest experiences by ensuring all electrical equipment, lighting, power distribution, and life-safety systems operate at the highest standards of reliability, safety, and compliance.</p>
<h4>What you will do</h4>
<li>Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems, equipment, and fixtures</li>
<li>Maintain lighting systems, panels, wiring, outlets, transformers, motors, and control systems</li>
<li>Respond promptly to maintenance requests through hotel centralized maintenance management system (HotSOS)</li>
<li>Support preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and failures</li>
<li>Ensure all work complies with local electrical codes, safety regulations, and company standards</li>
<li>Maintain fire alarm systems, emergency lighting, and backup power systems (Generators/UPS)</li>
<li>Follow strict lockout/tag out and energy isolation procedures</li>
