Responsibilities
<p>The selected candidate will play a vital role in supporting the 9th Air Force, a key component of the United States Air Force Central Command (AFCENT) overseeing operations in the Middle East. This position provides subject matter expertise to the 9th Air Force Expeditionary Security Forces Squadron, helping ensure base security and critical support services in one of the most dynamic and strategically important regions in the world. The 9th Air Force serves at other locations such as Al Dhafra AB, UAE; Ali Al Salem AB, Kuwait; Al Mubarak Air Base, Kuwait; Prince Sultan AB (PSAB), Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA); Muwaffaq-Salti AB (MSAB), Jordan; Al Udeid AB, Qatar and in CONUS.</p><br> <p>The Contractor shall:- Conduct backing up and restoring of hard drives, and perform system crash recoveries.- Implement physical and computer security measures by assigning, modifying, and deleting passwords and privileges. Provide limited software application assistance for commonly used office automation applications sources from standard Air Force infrastructure support contracts.- Ensure systems are kept up-to-date and compliant according to the Air Force Network Operations Center(AFNOSC). Ensure the required Technical Compliance NOTAM (TCNO)security patches are installed. Check files for corruption, perform initial system diagnostics, format drives, and determine available disk space.- Perform all Client Support Administrator duties, as outlined in DoDD 8570.01M. This will additionally include video-teleconference suite administration, network and computer malfunction isolation and repair, computer system software/hardware configuration, and operation of unclassified and classified computer systems.- Be designated as primary unit IT Equipment Custodian. Ensure unit program IT Equipment management compliance in accordance with AFI 23-101.- Be designated as unit Telecommunications Protection/Emissions Security (TEMPEST) Monitor. Ensure compliance with emissions security program requirements, as outlined in DoDD 8100.02.- Train unit personnel on the operations of secure voice communications equipment.- Be designated as unit SharePoint administrator. Modify and maintain the unit’s SharePoint site. Alternate to the TCO (Telephone Communication Officer); duties include managing the installation and maintenance of telephone systems. Provide instruction for the operation and use of secure phones.- Request and coordinate installation and support of communications equipment. Request opening of network trouble tickets with the Communications Focal Point. Unit point of contact for creation and deletion of all network accounts.- Act as unit Information Technology technical advisor and provide support to purchasing agents when new equipment is required for force mission enhancement.- Perform Information Assurance (IA) trainer and program manager duties.- Ensure unit personnel understand network vulnerabilities, limitations, and weaknesses. Act as SIPRNET Account program manager; manage the process of receiving access to Secret electronic data located on secure servers.</p><br>
Qualifications
<p>Candidates must have:</p><br>
<p>- Five (5) years of experience in computer systems administration support.</p><br>
<p>- And maintain DoDD 8570 Technical Compliant IAT Level II certification.</p><br>
<p>- Proficiency in SharePoint Administration functions.</p><br>
<p>- Proficiency in DoD Network Account creation process.</p><br>
<p>- Proficiency in non-secure and secure internet protocol network and equipmentoperations.</p><br>
<p>- A current state and Government Driver’s License.</p><br>

<section><p class="heading jdMain">Job Description</p><p class="heading">Roles & Responsibilities</p><div class="paragraph"><p><br></p><p><strong>ROLE PURPOSE</strong></p><p>The role reports directly to the Country Director and is a standing member of the Country Management Team (CMT). The Head of Operations and Finance provides strategic leadership and governance across Finance, Grants Management, Operations, Logistics, Security and Counter Fraud, ensuring that Plan Jordan's support functions operate efficiently, in full compliance with organisational policies and donor requirements, and in direct service of programme delivery. The post holder is expected to demonstrate a high degree of strategic acumen, forward thinking and analytical rigour in the execution of this role. S/he will anticipate financial and operational risks, provide evidence-based advisory support to the Country Director and CMT on the financial and operational implications of both strategic and operational plans, and ensure that all resource deployment decisions are grounded in value for money and long-term organisational sustainability.</p><p><strong>Dimensions of the Role</strong></p><p>As part of the Country Management Team, the role is responsible for leading the Operations and Finance teams and ensuring full financial governance of Plan Jordan, including grant budgeting, SAP oversight, donor reporting, audit management, cash flow oversight, and authorisation of payments above the designated threshold. The position also provides full operational governance across procurement strategy, logistics, fleet management, administration, security, and ICT strategic oversight. In addition, the role holds overall security oversight for all Plan Jordan offices and field locations and serves as the Counter Fraud focal point for Plan Jordan.</p><p><strong>Accountabilities</strong></p><p><strong>1. Financial Strategy and Risk Management</strong></p><ul><li>Lead the financial strategy of Plan Jordan and advise the CMT on financial and risk management issues.</li><li>Lead the annual budget, quarterly re-forecasting, and cost ratio management.</li><li>Oversee cash management, cash forecasting, and cash requests to the Regional Office/GH.</li><li>Maintain and update the Delegation of Authority (DOA) matrix with Country Director approval at least annually.</li><li>Authorise payments above the Accounting Coordinator's delegation threshold.</li><li>Ensure compliance with the local Operations Manual and global finance policies, including accurate and timely use of SAP, month-end and year-end closing processes, and coordination with the Regional Office on system upgrades and troubleshooting.</li><li>Maintain and regularly update the PIJO risk register in coordination with the Country Director and CMT, ensuring key financial, operational and reputational risks are identified, rated and mitigated.</li></ul><p><strong>2. <p><strong>JOB SUMMARY</strong> </p>
<p>The Roving HR Officer provides Human Resource support for the HR department. This role will be responsible for HR operational oversight of key HR functions including Talent Acquisition and management, Staff Relations, and Performance Management support etc.</p>

<p><strong>MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p>

<li>Act as the primary HR focal point during scheduled rotations or urgent deployments to Zaatari Camp, Azraq Camp, or any other assigned operation sites.</li>
<li>Provide direct, accessible HR services to field-based staff, national employees, and incentive-based volunteers (IBVs), addressing inquiries regarding policies, benefits, and contracts.</li>
<li>Coordinate field-specific HR administrative workflows, including physical file collection, contract distributions and making sure the contracts are signed by each employee, and time attendance sheet verifications.</li>
<li>Participate in reviewing national staff policies and recommend changes/additions/deletions to the HR Manager.</li>

<li>Work with HR and Management on implementation of strategic planning of the department.</li>
<li>Conduct regular field travel to project offices, ensure proper implementation of human resources procedures and assist/ support managers in their needs.</li>
<li>Maintains compensation databases and ensures employment records are properly maintained in the HR systems (CostPoint, Local HR system)</li>
<li>Facilitate the recruitment process and advise the hiring manager on each recruitment stage and prepare regular recruitment tracking reports.</li>
<li>Ensure that the recruitment process is fair and transparent and in line with international Medical Corps (IMC) HR policies and procedures.</li>
<li>Ensure proper orientation for all new staff; collaborate and coordinate with other departments to provide an engaging and welcoming orientation.</li>
<li>Advise and facilitate employee separation process and maintain separation documents in employee file.</li>
<li>Assist in updating organograms, maintaining contact lists, and information flow lines regularly.</li>
<li>Assist in preparation of employee contracts, and other mandatory documents are signed and filed. </li>
<li>Assist in writing personnel letters as required (transfer, promotion, increment, acceptance of resignation and others).</li>

<li>Assist HR Management to do periodic turnover analysis.</li>
<li>Ensure that all the personnel files are kept in safe custody and are updated on a regular basis. Also, ensure that the required documents are uploaded on shared cloud system (Office 365). </li>
<li>Support HR Management to ensure that performance reviews are processed timely and filed.</li>
<li>Supports country program supervisors and staff in the goal setting, end of probation or annual performance reviews ensuring proper documentation of performance appraisals.</li>

<li>Support the audit and compliance process and provide the documentation after reviewed by HR Management.</li>

<p><strong>MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS</strong></p>

<li>Typically, a bachelor's degree in a related area. A degree in HR management is preferable. An equivalent combination of relevant education and experience may be substituted as appropriate.</li>
<li> Typically, 3+ years’ experience as a HR Officer</li>
<li>Previous experience with International Medical Corps is a plus</li>
<li>Knowledge of local labor laws</li>
<li>Experience with human resource information system would be an added advantage</li>

<p>Médecins Sans Frontières is running a reconstructive surgery program in Amman, which opened in 2006, is giving access to reconstructive surgery (orthopedic, plastic, and maxillo-facial) to war-wounded people providing comprehensive health care, MSF aims at identifying and referring patients from neighboring countries (Iraq, Yemen, Syria, and other countries with conflicts) then ensuring their medical follow-up after discharge.</p>
<p>Médecins Sans Frontières Reconstructive Surgery in Amman are seeking a <strong>(1) Medical Doctor – Full time contract.</strong></p>
<h3><strong>DIMENSION OF POST</strong></h3>
<p>The Reconstructive Surgery Hospital provides specialized surgical and rehabilitation care, with an average of 550 admissions and over 1,000 surgeries annually. The facility has 72 surgical beds and 126 rehabilitation beds, as well as two operating theatres dedicated to orthopedic, maxillofacial, and plastic reconstructive surgeries. The hospital also includes an outpatient department (OPD) providing an average of 550 consultations per month, physiotherapy and psychosocial support services, and Antimicrobial Resistance (AMR) activities, including Antimicrobial Stewardship, Infection Prevention and Control (IPC), and a microbiology laboratory.</p>
<p><strong>MAIN PRUPOSE</strong></p>
<p>Provide outpatient and/or inpatient medical care to patients/beneficiaries according to adapted and updated medical knowledge, MSF protocols, values and universal hygiene standards to improve the patient’s/beneficiaries health conditions.</p>

Handle inappropriate guest behavior by following Marriott International standard operating procedures for Inappropriate conduct for guests and therapists, leading up to and including stopping a treatment or service and informing supervisor/manager. Maintain current skills and licensure in service area as per regional requirements. Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager; complete safety training and certifications. Follow all company policies and procedures; make sure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; protect company assets. Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards; anticipate and address guests service needs; thank guests with genuine appreciation. <p>Administer Windows and/or Linux server environments, virtualisation platforms, storage and associated infrastructure services. Monitor availability, capacity and performance; investigate alerts and restore service within agreed priority and escalation procedures. Plan and execute approved patching, configuration changes, hardening and lifecycle maintenance. Maintain server inventories, configuration records, operating procedures, diagrams and technical runbooks. Support incident, problem and change management, including root-cause analysis and corrective actions. Coordinate infrastructure dependencies with network, cloud, backup, cybersecurity, application and database teams. Support discovery, baseline assessment and transition activities for on-premises and any subsequently approved hosted environment. Participate in agreed on-call coverage for critical infrastructure incidents.</p><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><p>Minimum 6 years of relevant infrastructure and server administration experience. Strong hands-on experience with Windows Server and/or enterprise Linux, Active Directory and virtualisation technologies. Practical knowledge of monitoring, patch management, storage, capacity planning and security hardening. VCP, MCSE/Microsoft role-based certification, RHCSA or Server+ preferred. Ability to produce clear technical documentation and work within controlled change processes. Experience operating hybrid on-premises and cloud environments.</p>
