<p ><strong>QUALIFICATIONS</strong> <strong>AND</strong> <strong>EXPERIENCE</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>University degree in social sciences, social work, social administration, development studies or other relevant academic discipline;</li>
<li>Over 3 years of experience in a related field</li>
<li>Demonstrated experience in the successful implementation of M&E systems in international projects;</li>
<li>Familiarity with the principles of accountability</li>
<li>Evidenced ability to support, train and mentor staff and partners on M&E methodology.</li>
<li>Proven ability to analyze and disseminate complex information to a range of stakeholder audiences;</li>
<li>Relevant experience in indicator selection, quantitative and qualitative data collection and analysis methodologies, database management,</li>
<li>Computer skills, including MS Office (Proficiency in Word, Excel is required; familiarity with R, Stata, SPSS or other data analysis’ packages are strongly preferred (Power BI)</li>
<li>Demonstrable track-record in data evaluation, with highly developed research, analytical (qualitativeand quantitative), documentation, report-writing,</li>
<li>Excellent coordination and reporting skills, with the ability to organize a substantial workload comprised of complex, diverse tasks and responsibilities;</li>
<li>Strong English and Arabic oral and written communication skills</li>
<li>Background knowledge in child/ youth protection, education, child right governance and emergencies</li>
</ul>
