<p>Has full awareness, manages and supervises all tasks of his/her staff.<br>
Directs the work assignment of supervisory and non-supervisory personnel.<br>
Monitors butlers to ensure residents receive prompt and courteous service.<br>
Informs other operating departments of matters concerning butlers operations, which concern notably the Front Office, to ensure VIP status and other such information, Housekeeping, to ensure all residents receive consistent service from all staff, in addition to communicating with Engineering, Laundry, Sales, Food & Beverage, Reservations etc.<br>

Appraises appearance, discipline and efficiency of all staff under direct supervision and initiates immediate remedial action if necessary.<br>

Supports GM in driving a guest centric culture in the hotel and create awareness and understanding among all ambassadors on the importance of guest experience.<br>
Reviews and communicates the brand assurance program and all new brand/quality initiatives effectively to all stakeholders.<br>
Works with and supports department heads to prepare for LQA or BARE brand assurance audits as applicable to the hotel.<br>
Conducts regular property self-assessments on the operational brand standards and other quality programs including cross-departmental audits through iAuditor and other tools.<br>
Represents guest experience (voice of the guest) at the morning hotel briefing with updates and highlights points for improvement and guest praise.<br>

<li>Ensure the overall safety and security of the guests, employees and property premises</li>
<li>Investigate and report any violations to law/property policy, occurrences of accidents, complaints, criminal activity and crisis situations</li>
<li>Conduct regular floor patrols, cash counts and crowd control</li>
<li>Assist guests regarding hotel facilities in an informative and helpful way</li>
