Work closely with legal and compliance teams to turn regional and market requirements (e.g. business verification, identity, and reporting needs across MENA markets) into prioritised, well-specified product, so Maqsam’s product expands cleanly into new markets and the customer experience stays simple.</li> <li>Cross-team leadership. Act as the lead product point of contact across Engineering, Compliance, Finance, and Revenue, aligning stakeholders, protecting engineering focus, and keeping the roadmap honest under changing priorities. Establish and maintain the product documentation for your area so the team has a reliable reference for how it actually works.
