<li>Log, categorize, and resolve user-reported incidents in a structured manner. When issues require deeper technical intervention, escalate them to the development, DevOps, or engineering teams with clear documentation and replication steps to ensure rapid diagnosis and resolution.</li>

<li>Develop and maintain technical integration specifications, interface control documents (ICDs), API documentation, field mapping documents, and data transformation rules.</li>
<li>Analyze partner systems, data models, and workflows to identify integration requirements, interoperability challenges, and opportunities for automation.</li>
<li>Design and maintain data mappings between heterogeneous systems, including terminology mapping, master data harmonization, and reference data alignment.</li>
<li>Support the implementation and validation of interoperability standards such as HL7 FHIR, HL7 v2, RESTful APIs, JSON, XML, CSV, and other data exchange mechanisms used by PIMS.</li>
